Do you love horses? The Central Alberta Special Equestrians (CASE) is a non profit organization which provides therapeutic horseback riding lessons for persons with disabilities. They are located just west of Red Deer in the Shady Nook District. For more information, call 302-0707, or check their web site at www.hoofbeats.org


Got some spare time and energy? CABIS is always in need of volunteers to answer phones and do light office duties when Cathy is out and away at meetings. This might involve two or three hours a week. Call the office for more info.
